First, they perform a temporary repair without explaining the problem, and then weeks later, when you return with the same problem, they create another problem, acting as if they are not responsible. It's not a good thing in terms of human decency and business ethics; it's something aimed at deceiving people.

They were able to take a look at my exhaust system and order the parts needed and let me know to bring my car in for the work. The price they quoted me was very very fair and I knew that since I'd gotten an outrageous quote from another spot earlier that Thursday. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone.
View on GoogleI live upstate, ny, approximately 6 hours away and was visiting family when my catalyst converters and 02 sensor was stolen from my car while I was sleeping. I called up the muffler nearest to me and they immediately told me to come in. They put my car on the lift in 1 min of being there. I had no wait time. They new exactly what the problem was and worked fast and diligently on my car until they fixed the problem. They even custom built a flang for my muffler system. They kept working even after the shop was supposed to close at 6pm. I can’t say enough about this family owned business. These mechanics are rock stars ⭐️. I will definitely come back to this shop with any of my vehicles and refer them to family and friends. Thank you guys for fixing my muffler system and for relieving my stress. I was able to drive home to my family with no problems.
