I had an excellent experience at Long Island Car Care Center! The owner, Madison, was extremely professional, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. Their prices were also much more affordable compared to other shops I checked. My Audi Q7 needed a starter replacement, which is a very complex job and while other places couldn’t handle the job, mechanic Mike had the experience and skill to get it done perfectly. The work was completed quickly, and my car runs like new again and gets it back on the same day. I highly recommend Long Island Car Care Center if you’re looking for honest pricing, knowledgeable mechanics, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future car needs!

Refused to do an alignment this morning while the shop was completely empty unless I dropped my car off. I was willing to wait as long as it took, this was my third time coming here for an alignment. He was probably mad that I got work done somewhere else and only come here for alignment. Why would I get work done here if you're giving me labor quotes twice the prices I paid at my trusted mechanic I've been going to for 15 years? I'm not one to write reviews especially negative ones to hurt anyone's business but this I had to share. Better shops in the area that charge a little more for the alignment but aren't shady.

I highly recommend recommended shop. I needed my front struts replaced and Madison gave me a great price and fixed my car the same day.

I’ve been to a lot of mechanic shops and this had by far the best experience. Reasonable price, excellent work, respectful, clean shop, clean work. I came in to replace a bent strut and an alignment. He showed me exactly what he was going to do and offered I take a video. Every step was very transparent. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra.100% would trust this shop with bigger work in the future if needed and in general would return again. I don’t write reviews often but I highly recommend.
