These guys and gals rock! Met Sarah and Tanya, Andrew and Adam. Sarah was able to get me in on very short notice and Andrew got my truck back on the road with some new tread. Visiting from NC, and I had a blowout on the way here and they were able to get me in, same day, to get tires that I already had purchased - mounted, balanced, and an alignment. I am so appreciative of their service, especially when it seems good service is becoming harder and harder to find (looking at you, Mavis in Dansville). Friendly, accommodating, excellent communication, clean waiting room - A+ all day. I will be sending my family and friends in the Dansville, NY area here from now on!

Took my car here for what seemed to be a major issue, was hoping to avoid costly repairs. They were able to scan and diagnose the car and avoid a major costly repair. The found that a simple maintenance job would fix what i was Experiencing and worried about. The communication throughout the process was very clear and deliberate, the mechanic sent me pictures throughout the maintenance job to keep me updated. I am From out of town and risked taking my car to them on a one off to have the work done, i would 100% considering taking any vehicles there in the future. I trust That they would get any job done reasonably. They also got me in on extremely short notice and were finished with the quick promptly. This is an excellent shop from my experience.

I was traveling from Pennsylvania to Buffalo when the engine splash pad broke off and was dragging for hrs. I got to Dansville to gas up and check my car’s damage. Even with 10 minutes before closing Keene Automotive was willing to help me out! They took care of the problem and even made sure that all tires had the right air pressure. I’m so grateful to them for helping me and my family get home safely.

We’ve used Keene for years. I don’t usually do reviews, but I thought it was important to express my disappointment over the last couple of years. When we first used Keene, they were great. Bob was a great dude. They were fair and reasonable. But the last couple of years have changed. We were continually returning our vehicles to have previous work redone. Prices were beginning to skyrocket. Parts that did not need to be replaced were being inexplicably replaced. We spent over $7000 for a catalytic converter replacement which has since failed. I talked to techs that had no clue what they were talking about. So we left. We took it to another garage. Took all our receipts from Keene. They called back flabbergasted. They know Bob and Keene. They said that there were significant problem with how things were installed, and then said that we were charged for things never installed. Sad honestly. I know Bob is looking to retire but I think this is really hard to believe. Just beware. They’ve changed.
