I had a very professional experience! Although the work took a little longer than expected, the front office staff consistently kept me updated on the anticipated completion date. The organization of the shop was evident, and I could tell there was good communication among the team. When I picked up my car, it was spotless inside and out. The bodywork was impeccable, and they polished it to look like new. I was pleasantly surprised by this level of detail, which is a significant perk. Great job, Martinez Auto! Cannot say enough great things!! The girls in the office were so friendly and professional. Always a pleasure to talk to. Since I was going on vacation end of January for two weeks, they told me even though they were busy, to leave it for the two weeks, if any down time at all they’ll see what can be done. She did tell me that it might be end of March to get a start date. They figured at least maybe get parts ordered while I was gone. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that it would be completely done a week after my return! It looked beautiful inside and out! They worked extremely well with my insurance company and enterprise rental. Thanks again to all at Martinez! 😊

This is the second time I brought one of my vehicles to Martinez Ed , it was such a wonderful job they did. It took them a little while to get it squared away with the insurance company so I had to wait a while, but they also noticed I had a steering issue and fix that. I recommend these guys and gals highly. Not only did they fix my vehicle, but I’m telling you it was a work truck and if I would say the inside was messy, that would be a big understatement. I got it back beautifully cleaned and detailed.

I went in to get my rear bumper and trunk lid replaced and painted and not only did they take almost an extra week to repair it, my rear sensor is now going off at random and my right tail light is out and it was working perfectly fine beforehand!!! extremely displeased!!!
