I like the service, everyone is professional, clean waiting area, comfortable. I purchase my tires there great price. Today I purchased a battery I had a appointment, my partner had me call and cancel. Well, I needed the appointment, and they were able to do the service needed. Highly recommend

I had the best experience at Steve Shannon. I had an appointment at 1 pm but dropped my car off at 830 due to prior commitments. I got a call at 930 saying my car was already done. When I picked it up it was in better condition than it ever has been. And the pricing is phenomenal. I highly recommend taking your car here.

Great communication and outstanding products and services. Free coffee, comfortable waiting area and clean bathrooms! Walking distance to Main Street for coffee or lunch. Can't beat it!

A MAJOR size car/truck sales garage in Cortland, NY, told me that my 2025 Chevy all-wheel drive Equinox with 12,000 miles needed a front end alignment. I had gone to that garage to get my back-up camera replaced. While I was there, I was told that my front end alignment was also out of whack. It could be realigned for $149.99. I declined their offer. I soon went over to the Steve Shannon Tire and Auto Center in Cortland , as I knew their prices were FAR better. Guess what??? The honest mechanic at S.Shannon said there WAS NO PROBLEM with my tire alignment!!! Yes, I will always return to the Steve Shannon Auto and Tire Center. Thank you so much! 😁 Linda M.- Cortland, NY

After going back multiple times and on the last visit being requested to pay for their mess-up, and blamed for my "lack of expectations." I realized that I should have listened to friends and family who suggested Tallmadge first. First they replaced the wrong tires, leaving a spare tire on my truck and a completely blown out tire on the spare (visible in my truck bed.) No problem, mistakes happen, they never apologized but no problem, I get the tire back that they were going to wrongfully dispose of, get tires switched out, and realize later on that they messed up again by putting the full size tire on my spare rim (in my bed) and leave the much smaller size tire on the front of my truck where it'll make the most impact to my drivetrain. Very good, it's even better when I go back to get the work taken care of they blame me and try to charge me. I had also, on a whim decided to get my oil changed when I was there, I had been on a 30 hour trip and knew I was leaking oil and wanted to know if I had leaked much since the last time I put oil in, of course when I asked them to check before draining, everything was fine while they were taking my money but they couldn't actually follow through with the expectations that were set, so I'm unsure why anyone talks about expectations as if I need to point out that I don't want a single mismatched tire on my truck, since they didn't pay any mind to the explicit expectations that were set and agreed to already. Tallmadge is right down the road, Ive gotten many recommendations and regret entirely ignoring them.
