Byron's Service Center

We were 2 hours away from home when the snowy conditions caused us to get into a small accident on the highway and were towed to Byron’s Service Center. They were so amazing and friendly, even drove us to get a rental car. They are very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. If we ever find ourselves in Cortland with car trouble again, we will definitely return to Byron’s!

My go to shop for all car repairs. You can go here and feel confident in the work being done at honest rates. Another thing is that nobody at Byrons makes me feel uncomfortable talking about repairs. I’ll always bring all of my vehicles here.

Got stranded in Cortland with a blown transmission on a drive from Indiana to Catskills--while Byron Service was not able to help me with my issue (understandable because of the severity of it) once I got my truck there, they were SO extremely helpful and nice. The truck completely crapped out right as I was turning into the lot so they helped push it in the rest of the way so it wasn't halfway on the road. They gave it a quick look to make sure the issue wasn't something basic causing the transmission issue (it wasn't) . After I got a tow truck to take it from their lot to a tranny shop, they gave me a ride a rental car place and even to let me leave my dog at the shop while I went to pick up the car. None of that was asked for by me--they offered. After an exhausting and terrible couple of days, they really helped me out, even though they [understandably] couldn't work on my issue. Solely based on the interaction with them, I plan to eventually drive my truck the 2 hrs back there to have them fix something, just so I can give them my business for all of their help. Seems like really great people at this place.

My son’s car started acting up on his way home from college. He stopped at Byron's Service Center and they took the time to check it out, explained what was going on, and gave him the all-clear to drive home. I wish Byron's was in our town- Cortland is lucky to have you!

Everyone was so kind and efficient! They took our concerns very seriously, checked everything over immediately, and assured us that everything was taken care of (making me feel much safer in the process). I can't recommend them enough!
