Kaprals Auto are the best. As busy as they are last moment on a Friday night my exhaust system broke and was dragging. Being Easter Weekend it was disappointing as we had family plans of course. Brian said it probably would be next week which I wasnt surprised. They are a very busy place with a great reputation. However, I received a call on Saturday at 130 pm saying my car was ready and I could pick it up. They had come in on their down time to fix my vehicle and others so they could have their cars for family Easter. I was surprised and grateful. Meant so much. They have always treated me very well. Always honest and reasonable too. You might have to wait a few days or week but they are dependable and reliable. You can't go wrong.

A short weekend rendezvous with family could have easily been derailed had it not been for the wonderful and amazing people at Kapral Tire and Auto. We ended up with a flat tire on our way out to Corning, NY. I spoke to Chris first thing in the morning and he was able to order us a replacement tire. He ordered two because the tread pattern changed and we replaced both. The tires were delivered to them at the promised time and they were able to squeeze us into their busy Friday afternoon schedule. They have state of the art equipment and their knowledge and experience shows. Matt took great care of our vehicle inside the shop. We were extremely happy with their service and highly recommend them. They are an incredible family owned business. Thank you again!

Checked our tires & tire pressure free of charge when the low tire pressure light came on and we were stopping through Corning. Super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Ultimately just a weather thing and no service needed. Much appreciated - thank you again!
