Use caution when dealing with Ken’s Garage for towing services. After an accident, they towed my vehicle and charged an unreasonably high fee for both the tow and storage. I felt taken advantage of during an already stressful situation

Ken was willing to tow my vehicle on Christmas Eve when I'm sure he had better things to do. He was efficient, professional, and most of all kind and happy to assist someone who needed it dearly. I'm still waiting on repairs and a bill for the damage that occured during my collision, but I am extremely grateful for his willingness to help during a very trying time. Thank you.

Very honest mechanic, came highly recommend!! Saw it for myself, don't put any more money into this car and then said no charge. Ended up purchasing a used vehicle from them. Very please!! Highly recommend!!

3 star service 5 star prices. Ruined my chrome sleeved lug nuts with his impact and charged over $169 to replace(who would replace the nuts with $7 GM OEM on a 9yr old SUV when there’s a $2 Equivalent?)Over $100 to replace windshield wipers. Any garage that will justify over 100% parts markup, I do not recommend.

Towed my car after I drove it into a ditch. Charged me $350 for a few miles at that. It was a Friday and so he charged me for storing my car there even though efforts were made to pick it up beforehand. Nothing was even wrong with my car to begin with and did not need to be towed. Seems like this company just wanted to take advantage of a girl out on her luck.
