Good experience from start to finish. Josh did excellent work, completed within the time frame that he gave us. Answered all of our questions promptly. Even detailed the car before returning it. Highly recommend.

I've had previous good experiences with them before.. Kind, and quick. Untill today, I paid $150 for a inside detailing. Which I had to go back into the shop for, and point out they did an awful job at "Vacuuming" the inside of my car. They didn't get in-between the seats, and If I had known it was only a Vacuuming the inside I would've gone to a carwash to do it myself for free...vaccuming my car.. for free. Highly upset, I wanted to sell this car, and I used every last dollar I had left to my name, on Rabbit repair to do a bad Job at detailing this car. I was hoping it included shampooing the seats.. DOES NOT.. WISH I HAD KNOWN THIS. They did vaccume in-between the seats after I came in complained and showed them pictures.. where and what they didn't vaccume.. still, I could've done this for free in 10 minutes. By myself. Worse, It was all of the money I had untill this car gets sold. && They barley did anything to it.. I left wanting to Cry.. It to late for me to just buy seat covers now. I literally have no money left. This was my only bad experience with them. Otherwise they have been good.

They were fast, extremely responsive, and the quality of their work was top-notch—the vehicle looked fantastic when they were done. Hit a deer with my car. They got my vehicle in right away and done within 4 days!!! They even detailed it when it was done!!!!!! Couldn’t be happier with the experience! Sarah and Josh did a great job. Will take it there again.
