High quality shop run by high quality people! I had a Dyna that had been siting for a couple years. I dropped it off to Brady and his team and he confirmed some issues that I had expected and provided thorough details on other issues that were less expected. Most insane thing was that I had an unexpected issue with my exhaust that would've required some fabrication or replacement. Instead, Brady was able to leverage his relationships with partners over at Vance and Hines who then agreed to warranty my 9 year old exhaust and replace it with a brand new 2 into 1 free of charge!! Huge shoutout to both Brady and V&H for making that happen! My bike has never run better than it does now, and that's thanks to this crew. Brady - If you want to share the info for your reps over at V&H I'd still be happy to leave a similar review for them.

As a Harley rider and owner for almost 50 years, I can unequivocally state that this is the most honest, professional, competent, efficient and helpful motorcycle repair shop I have EVER done business with and I highly, highly recommend their services. After hitting a deer on the road which caused extensive damage to my 2016 Road Glide Ltd. and facing a pre-paid upcoming ride to West Virginia, these guys ordered the parts and performed ALL necessary repairs not to mention perform a full service, oil change, etc. in a record-breaking ONE DAY after they received the parts enabling me to make the trip that I was sure I would have had to cancel. While anxiously waiting for the status of my bike, Brady called me regularly and updated me as to the status of the repair. In addition, he and his partner even worked overtime on a Saturday (ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND) to complete ALL repairs. I have dealt with many, many Harley Davidson as well as private repair facilities for many decades and absolutely none come close to the incredible service that Upstate Cycle delivers. Thank you guys for all your help and truly delivering incredible customer service on a friendly, competent and efficient basis.

Was several hours from home with a blown headlight on my ‘04 Ducati. Pulled into Upstate Cycle hoping they could help. Brady (owner) went out of his way to help me out and fix my bike while I waited. Super cool dude and a very cool shop. Definitely recommended!
