I had my car die on me while I was pumping gas at a near by gas station while on a trip south - and they were able to help me out, they towed my car across the street and looked at it for me. Turns out my starter gave out and they were able to get it replaced within the hour! They were super kind and Scott was very helpful. Truly kind people and if I lived in the area they would be my first call everytime!

I took my car in to have the brakes checked which turned out to be bad rotors and to also check on a noise in the rear which turned out to be a bad wheel hub assembly. My inspection was due this month and they helped with getting everything fix and done and fast. I will go to them with all of my cars and my family's cars when ever I need work to be done. Excellent people that work there and very knowledgeable makes for a Excellent experience.

Had two cars inspected here on the same day. What's normally an hour long routine per car really was a half hour as previously described. They're all very friendly and professional and they have a large, clean waiting room. 10/10! Will plan to come here for tires in the future. I found my new favorite shop.

My first trip to PJ’s went incredibly well. I scheduled an appointment for new tires and an oil change. There was a slight delay from the distributor with the tires and Scott communicated the delay to me clearly and quickly. Multiple accommodations were made so that the tires were able to get on my vehicle on the same scheduled day. The service was prompt, efficient and professional. As a final show of professionalism, it is worth noting that this appointment was the day before a holiday. Thank you for a great experience and setting the standard for customer satisfaction.
