I'm so lucky to have found them! I'm from out of town and started hearing a scary noise under the car. Not only did they fit me into their packed day, everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly, and they were able to resolve my issue quickly. I could not recommend them more!!

Don’t take your car here they scam people! I took my car here for a simple inspection, and they called and told me my brake light was out and asked me if I wanted it to be replaced and i checked to see if it was any of them were bad and they weren’t. Told me one of my wheel bearings was bad. I took it somewhere else because I believed that wheel bearings was fine and they told me it was.

Great service! Came here yesterday for an inspection but didn’t pass the safety due to back brakes so I found a local mechanic (Emory Automotive) to fix it & went back for my inspection and passed :) BUT they stayed late after closing so luckily I could get it done after hours! Extremely thankful since we drove 3+ hours from Wheeling, West Virginia!

Very good communication / Notice of inspection due date approaching w/ opportunity to make appt via text. Very timely inspection w/ ability to wait for the vehicle. All very easy & efficient! TY!

These guys are awesome! Very professional, clean, and well organized garage. Also friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my a/c and heater control on my 01 chevy. It was more complicated than just a swap of the control unit. After diagnosis it was determined to be a computer calibration problem which they promptly fixed. I would recommend anyone with auto related problems to give lictus auto a call.
