Disgusting liers, took vehicle in to have a altanator put in. Called 2 days later right at closing and says the car isn't salvageable??? No charge he says??? Well of course your not going to charge me after you tell me your guys changed the alternator and messed something up!!! The damn thing wont shift into park, overheating and blowing more smoke then a 1000 packs of cigarettes!!! (Mind you that i drove the vehicle to his tow truck 3 days before). Talk soon big boy in court!!! Don't forget my friend, everything is video and audio recordable 😉 .

I had an emergency with a failed serpentine belt. They were there in record time. Also repairs were fairly priced and an excellent job

Did a 200 mile tow on a Sunday night with a smile and great attitude. Awesome guys 11/10 recommendation.

I am still new to clifton springs and went to this shop when the one I normally go to was booked for a few months. I needed an alignment, tire balance and oil change. Set an appt for a Friday morning, when I dropped it off I walked into the incredibly dirty (food on their reception counter, cluttered, actually filthy) and dropped off my keys. They only got two tires balanced by the time I picked it up late afternoon since they had so many “drop ins.” What’s the point of having an appointment if it doesn’t mean your car is priority. When I went to pick it up, I noticed the things in my center console were moved around and my sunglasses holder was open, something I never use. Whatever. Finally brought it back, nobody was in the shop during open hours at 9:15 besides their pit Bull. I got it completed today , but they told me it would take until 5pm. How does a balance alignment and oil change take two full days? Regardless I told them I needed it back at 3 before I go into work. It was done at 3 and noticed a grease stain (new) on my sunglasses holder again. I feel extremely uncomfortable thinking professional mechanics may be going through my car. I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on how nasty the office is, how slow the work is done, and for safety concerns I have. Will never go back, I will wait for Uptown Auto!!!!

We were passing through when we had a heat shield issue. The guys fixed us up and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Great service and they had cute dogs!
