Nate on the phone was a sweetheart so I stopped in in person to make an appointment with Alex, female, who is also EXCELLENT! Only $70+dollars for an all synthetic oil change and filter and she resurrected a $30 discount! I came back next day, had the work done, and spent an hour with owner Rich, another fantastic person! Love this place and these people

I appreciate the no nonsense, straightforward, honest and friendly service I was provided by Winn’s service advisor. I love supporting a business that places of opportunity for them to learn and grow and lead! I used to feel like going to an auto motive business meant I was going to be talked down to and taken advantage of and sold services I didn’t need. That is not the experience here. I was fully aware of potential areas of concern complete with photographic evidence. I didn’t feel like any suggestions were egregious upsells but rather had the best interest of their customer at hand. Keep up the great work and customer service!

Very happy. They are very knowledgeable. They go through every part of the car. Tell you what needs to be fixed . Then you choose what you want fixed ...And no pressure if you choose not to fix everything. They even send you pictures to support what they say needs to be fixed. My son is a mechanic in Noth Dakota and he was very impressed with their service.

Hands down the best shop I’ve been to. They get you in quickly, their prices are fair, and they always contact me with quotes before doing anything. They reach out when I’m approaching my inspection or services being due. They’re just super easy to work with. 10/10 recommend.

Good People, Fair Price, and Great Customer Service! I am from Buffalo, New York and had a breakdown on my diesel truck on a very cold day while in Utica for a hockey tournament for my son. Winn’s auto service was listed through AAA and provided AAA discount. My truck was towed to Winn’s auto service on a Friday morning. They spent most of Friday cleaning and diagnosing my truck and Nathan, the master mechanic, even came in on Saturday when the shop was closed to make sure they were able to take care of me. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced CustomerService that goes above and beyond my expectations, but this shop certainly did. All in all their charge was less than what I would pay for a diesel diagnostic in Buffalo. I am extremely happy with the service I received from both Nathan and Peter and would recommend this auto shop to anyone and everyone in need of service. 5 Stars!
