I recently brought my car to Behm for a seasonal tire swap and ran into an unexpected and complicated situation that was entirely outside of their control. James and his team handled it with complete professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for me as a customer. They went above and beyond what was required of them and made sure I was taken care of fairly. As a small local shop they clearly value their customers and it shows in how they operate. I’ll absolutely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area.

My wife's BMW was there for a charging issue. They completely misdiagnosed the problem and never fixed the car. They messed up the wiring and almost caused a fire if she drove the car. She was stranded at one point. Car sat there for days while we scrimped for money to fix it. It wasn't fixed so we had a friend tow it out of there. The place is a joke and a nightmare. Overpriced and they dont know what they are doing.

Let's face it, I take my car in because I can't (and shouldn't) do it myself. Where better to take it than a place who's friendly, honest, and great at what they do! Would highly recommend for peace of mind.
