Edit: I did mention what side I needed done, you did not mention you knew what side you had originally done because it was not on the original invoice if you had you wouldn't have needed to put it on the lift and I could have just brought it back to my mechanic to have it done! As for the tires I was already aware thank you, something you or my mechanic can take care of but I have it being taken care of after I pick my car up.And the rotors will be just fine and will be done before winter, I have a mechanic that is on top of my maintenance and would not let me drive a dangerous vehicle. And you knew you parked me in a puddle because you would have stepped in it when you got out it was the biggest in your parking lot. And know I did not come in with a poor demeanor at all. And maybe if you didn't have different numbers listed I would have never called your cell phone in the first place! You might want to look into that. If my car wasn't parked in the puddle like it was I would have never cared but it was a petty move so I'm letting people know how petty you are and you show how petty you are from your review responses to people just negative you don't even try to get their service back so sad and it's no wonder half the town talks bad about you as a mechanic and business man Completely unprofessional and petty! Wasted my time and their time. Called about wheel bearing because I knew my rear passenger one specifically needed to be done, my mechanic at Barrett's reminded me I just had it done last summer at Dustin's and suggested calling because it didn't mention what side and I couldn't remember. I gave Dustin my invoice close to a week before because he couldn't find it and he wanted to order the parts. I called Dustin the day of the appointment to make sure he had the part and I wouldn't be waiting, he said they made sure it was in stock but it still had to be delivered because they wanted to make sure it needed to be done.they did get me an appointment quick that's about about the only nice part After waiting an hour the part got delivered, after waiting another hour he came to tell me things he felt were wrong with my car( I just got my car from my mechanic and specific things were discussed and didn't need the extra just what I came for and he knew this) he then proceeded to tell me that in his notes they did the driver's side! So I sat there for 2 hours for you to tell me you had it in your notes you did the opposite side I told you I needed done I could have had my mechanic do it already! I told him he wasted 2 hours of my time he then told me I wasted his time also completely his fault if he told me what he had in his notes and didn't assume I would get the work done there no matter what! I let him no I didn't plan for them to work on it if that was the case so they parked my car in a big mud puddle almost impossible for me to get into my vehicle. Nothing but dumb and petty. If he had told me from the beginning instead of wasting time

Got into a big car accident right before the snowstorm of 2026. Dustin was on the scene right away and extremely helpful. I had so many questions and Dustin was able to answer everything and calm me down after a scary incident. Would definitely recommend Dustin and his shop to anyone in need

Just had a blowout on my golf cart. Purchased a tire to put on it. Not for me so I took it to Dustin to see if they could do it. Immediately a worker grabbed the tires and swapped it out right then and there. Very surprised. Only too them 10 minutes and it cost pennies. Very good services at Dustins automotive! Thanks a million.

Dustin and his crew are great! They've gotten me out of several binds and I love being able to drop my car off and walk home. A big asset for our community.
