All Star Imports

DO NOT buy a car from this horrible place, they DO NOT stand by what they sell. Bought a Cruze from them May 12, 2025 and have since put in $1200.00 of work and now car does not run, needs an engine. Called Jason and was told we "should of read the warranty". I am sixty years old and have NEVER been treated so poorly when purchasing a vehicle. Turned them in to NYS Inspection, awaiting response. Messed with wrong people, Jason. After note: you only fixed my car after charging me $500.00 because we got NYS Inspection Office involved.

After having no luck searching for our daughter's first car I found Allstar Imports. They had a decent selection and their prices were very fair. I requested some things with the car as a condition of purchasing and Jason & Gary met every one of them. Had a very minor issue with the car after bringing it home. Gary picked it up from our home, took it out to Canandaigua and brought it back all in one day. I would absolutely do business with these guys again!

It’s 2024 and it’s difficult to find a fair price on good used cars. Jason @ Allstar Imports made it easier for us to purchase a vehicle. Very straightforward process, easy to communicate with, and friendly. The vehicle and price was as described in the online description. Although I showed up to look at and test drive only one vehicle, which I ultimately purchased, there was a wide variety of used cars to choose from. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive back there and purchase another vehicle if that need arises.

We had the pleasure of working with Jason this week with the purchase of my daughter's first car. This was the first and only time I've ever felt completely at ease making a deal on a vehicle. He is honest, knowledgeable, and overall just an amazing human! I will recommend Jason and Allstar Imports to anyone in the market for a vehicle or service.

I just bought a car from all star imports for my wife for mother's Day. The guys are wonderful they had everything ready for me in just a couple of days. They're very straightforward and honest, probably by another car from them soon
