He’s straight with you, explains what’s going on in plain language, and doesn’t push extra work you don’t need. The shop is quick, prices are fair, and he actually fixes the problem the first time. I will never, ever go here again. They were rude, charged me and preformed procedures I never asked for or authorized, and they were complicit unapologetic. I asked for a diagnosis for why my check engine light was on. Instead, without ever being authorized to fix anything, they fixed the issue and did an inspection, also without authorization or even request. So I was charged for a handful of things I never even requested. When I was picking up my car, I, of course, brought this up (very kindly, suggesting maybe it was a misunderstanding) to the lady working the desk. She was extremely rude and unapologetic. I had to pay full price for everything, even though I didn't ask for any of it. I wasn't even apologized to. Because of her attitude, I genuinely wonder if it wasn't just a "misunderstanding." I am extremely disappointed that I was ripped off and taken advantage of. Do yourself, and your wallet, a favor and don't go here.

Rob has been a trustworthy mechanic from the first visit I had with them over 3years ago wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Even now that I loved 2 hours away still travel back to take my car here.

I keep coming back to Valley Auto because they always do an amazing job on my car. I hit a mile marker and pinched my door and the body shop here fixed it like brand new. I’ve had other body work done since, and again it looks brand new! I can’t say enough good things about Ron and his team. Thank you!
