Called about an item, told me if I come to the store and order, I wouldn't have to pay the 13.99 shipping. Drive 23 minutes to order, girl, who said she was the manager, must have been 15 years old, told me I had to pay shipping. Why wouldn't I ship it to my house for that fee? I walked away, and she shook her head and laughed. Why!!!! She didn't drive 25 minutes out of her way. Grow up or get out!!!
