B&C Motorcycle/ATV Service

My 23 Goldwing tour DCT was due for its first oil change and had picked up a nail in the rear last day in Florida. Graduating from a 1980 Goldwing,(wow!) I was initially of the newbie mindset of taking it to Honda. The dealerships were so far away and I heard the shop rate horror stories, so a search found this shop. The nice bike pictures gave me confidence to give B&C a try for this easier task. Upon meeting Brian, I immediately fell at ease, as one can tell he is a mechanic's mechanic - very experienced, gifted, friendly and fair! I looked forward to him servicing my bike in the future. Little did I know, how soon that would be! On the way home, following my wife on deer look out as many were seen previously, one ran out behind her on a down hill stretch. With 1/2 second of braking, the collision was unavoidable. With a God given instinct, I leaned into the impact just so as to roll away straight after such a loud bang. Untouched, upon pulling over, I found my left side, and that of the bike's covered in poo. At first the damage looked minimal, but behind the unscathed fairing, the radiator, fan, brackets and plastic pieces were damaged badly. I asked Brian if this project would be within his wheelhouse and he replied immediately with confidence. Sure enough the area was reassembled to new condition with very reasonable labor. Parts were of course expensive, but things could have been much, much worse, and I'm grateful to be able to ride on. The folks at this shop in the hills are just the kind of people you enjoy doing business with, and trust with attention to detail. They have my whole hearted recommendation.

This shop is AWESOME! The people who run B&C are so friendly, knowledgeable, professional and down-to-Earth. They’ll work on motorcycles, ATV’s, golf carts, lawn mowers, etc., even older models. If you need help with any machine with a small engine, chances are, they will tackle the task. This shop is a true hidden gem of a small business here in Caton that genuinely cares about taking care of its customers, and it’s only about an 8 minute drive from South Corning and little over 20 minute drive from Elmira.
