Responded to my insurance claim extremely fast, and wasted no time coming out to my location. Andrew, the driver, was incredibly personable and great at his job. I was impressed all around. Definitely got me out of an otherwise unfortunate situation rather quickly. He deserves a raise.

Amazing work! I got myself in a pickle backing out of a dark and car filled rural driveway in Canton. My truck became precariously hung up at quite an angle over a rocky embankment. I didn't think it was possible to extract it without damage. Johnson towing came to my rescue. They were courteous, fast, professional and reasonably priced. They extracted my truck in under an hour with not one scratch.

Incredibly grateful for the patience and kindness from the gentleman who answered the phone when I called for a tow. He explained what he thought was going on with my car to help ease the panic that I’m sure he could hear in my voice. He never once seemed annoyed or inconvenienced that I called, even with the weather quickly worsening. He also had someone over to tow my car quickly and without hesitation. Really appreciative of the great customer service overall.

I punctured a tire in Norwood today and called AAA to get my spare tire installed. They sent an employee from here to my rescue. I couldn't of asked for better service. He was very friendly, caring, and worked quickly despite the cold weather that he was stuck out in.

I had a flat tire and I called AAA, they gave me this towing company and while I don’t remember the man’s name that helped me, he was so kind and easy to talk to :)
