I purchased a 2018 Cadillac XTS from Andre back in February 2026. After having the car for approximately a week and less than 300 miles it developed a transmission problem. I contacted Andre and told him I had the car looked at and the fix for the problem would be approximately $900. He told me he would get back to me which he did in a timely fashion and okayed the work to be done. I paid for the work and within approximately a weeks time Andre sent me a check to reimburse me. Overall, I would say my experience was pleasant. The only negative thing I would say is that the car was not cleaned inside or out on delivered. In their defense I did want to leave with the car the same day. Maybe if I gave them more time it would have been cleaned properly. Other than that, I believe the transaction before and after went well. So far the car has been great.

I had a great experience purchasing a VW beetle from Apple. Both Andrei and Josh were fantastic to work with. I’ve bought and helped others buy a numbers of cars over the years, and these guys were the best to work with. There were 2 repairs needed to the car to be covered under the 90 day warranty. One I was aware of when I bought the car, the other popped up after - both were minor and expected since the bug was 20 years old. Andrei made arrangements to have the repairs made at a local garage close to me since I live 90 miles from their shop. The process was seamless and he took care of all the billing and parts. I just had to show up. I was beyond impressed how they stand behind their cars and their warranty. My experience was these guys are straight forward, knowledgeable, and transparent. I would buy another car from them anytime. Andrei was extremely responsive to my communication. I would send messages to the shop on Facebook and he always responded super quick. I looked for this particular car for months. I even drove to Ohio. I’m thankful to Andrei and Josh for making it a reality! I love my beetle!

Very good experience!! I bought Audi Q5 few months ago, the car is perfect, no issues at all, super clean They also replace tires with is was nice and included in the car price Definitely recommend this place

I had an amazing experience with Apple Auto! The owner was transparent, honest, friendly and helpful. He guided me through my entire first time car buying process. He even extended the service to pick me up to get my car after I purchased it because I needed a ride. That is a level of service you just don’t see anymore!! This is a fantastic small business with great employees who are doing honest work. Thank you!

Buyer beware: andre is a crook. They sold me a car that died after 9 months and I still owed $10,000.00 on the loan at the time it died. The engine was blown after not owning the car for not even a year. When I called them and went in Andre told me …”oh well there’s nothing we can do.” I was behind furious. I of course was not going to pay 10k on a car whose engine was destroyed and it was a total loss so I ended up having to go to court and have my credit ruined as a result. Most of their cars are lemons as I have talked to several people who live in the Camillus area where they are located who all told me that Andre is a scam artist and sells cars that are all lemons and ready to die at any moment after purchase. Andre…. Many of us residents in the Camillus area are tired of you scamming hard working people out of money who rely on our cars to get to work. Me being a single mother relied on my car to get to work to talke care of my daughter and after you scammed me I was not able to afford another car. This disgrace of service you performed effected my family, my child and I in ways you can’t even imagine. You clearly don’t care about doing the right thing or integrity. Your scamming ways will catch up to you sooner or later you will have to answer for what your doing to the hard working people in Camillus New York.
