Meyer's RV of Caledonia Service Center

Thank you to Kourtney, Don (Service Team) and Petra (Front Desk Representative)! Amazing and professional service! We purchased our RV from Meyer's, beautiful unit. For the few service needs we've had, scheduling and work has been exceptional! 👏 We trust this team for whatever needs to be done.

Extremely Disappointed – Will Never Return I’ve had nothing but a poor experience with Meyers, both when purchasing our RV and during follow-up repairs. They clearly do not take pride in their work. The repairs were sloppy at best—bent parts were reused and simply caulked over, rubber marks were left unbuffed despite promises to clean them up, the damaged vapor barrier was not replaced, and they didn’t install the necessary support strips to stabilize the fender. The fuel door was never replaced. Even something as simple as the wheel barring cap on the tire was not replaced. They had our RV for over a month and a half, yet communication was severely lacking. I called multiple times, left messages, and never received a call back—only occasional texts to my husband. Completely unprofessional. Our buying experience was no better. The RV we initially agreed to purchase was sold out from under us. There were major delays and broken promises regarding the installation of a rear awning—it took months and required constant chasing for updates. Meyers may be conveniently located, but it’s been nothing but a headache. Poor service, poor communication, and poor workmanship. I will not be returning and absolutely will not recommend them.

Very Disappointed!!! They were suppose to take care of the registration/taxes/plates etc. It took over 3 months with numerous phone calls some got returned some not. We had a refund coming for the extra $$ needless to say I have made 3 payments and paid the interest prior to the finance co receiving the overpayment. ***We paid an outrageous amount for an extended warranty on a brand new unit.*** Well the frig went out and they are willing to send someone but I will have to PAY the service call fee of $180ish and get it back from Keystone MYSELF since this is our 2nd service call NONE of my paperwork stated this so I am trying to figure it out what I paid for. The only positive thing I can say is Don the repair guy is awesome.

We traded our sm rv in for a larger one. We had a great experience from negotiating the deal, with Chad ( who was great)the salesman right down to the pickup of our new one! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful in every department! We are very excited to make some new memories with friends and family! Thankyou

I would like to say, Bill, the delivery driver of Meyers Caledonia was amazing today, as he delivered our new Reflection to our seasonal site at Junius Ponds. Incredible precision getting it next to our decks safely. Spent 30 mins with us explaining the auto leveling and stair removal. Eileen for service made our experience pleasant. Colleen helped us by going above and beyond. Our salesman, Hunter helped us many times. If I could give 10 ☆s I would. Thank you all for making our dream come true! Jen and Steve Plopper
