Terry's Route 50 Super Lot

Purchased car from Terry. Super please with sales. Service not so much. Got oil change from Valvoline and they messed it up. Took back to Terry to correct the leak and was told it wasn't leaking. After 2 more weeks of leaking in driveway I call back to make appointment. They tell me Valvoline did it, I told him i don't care who did it I brought it to you guys to fix and you didn't... So it goes back today and let's see how this goes.. to be continued.... Hope they can change my feeling about this place... But from what I heard on phone and after seeing what happened my first time there I doubt it... Day 2... Well I heard back from them.. apparently fixing it is beyond their means and referred me to the GMC dealership... So I realized that they will help you falsify financial records for you to get the loan for the car but can't help fix it.... Terry Morris isnt #1 to me

My son found this Jeep on line and fell in love. He has wanted a Jeep for as long as I can remember. His first car that he saved his own money for! His first car buying experience! Don Willi was great and treated him very well! There ad stated that the Jeep came with two tops... Both hard and soft . No one said anything until it was time for my son to go and put down a $10,000 deposit and sign the papers that the soft top could not be found and there was nothing that could be done. Of course my son being the person he is said well at least I have the hard top which is better anyway.... Not wanting to spoil his experience the issue wasn’t pushed to far but Angie the manager/owner or what ever her role is was asked and her attitude was take it or leave it!!!!! This may have been my sons first experience buying a car at a dealership and you can bet it will be his last here! Was it worth it Terry’s RT50 super lot? 4/19/2019—- I guess they really don’t care.... Still no response from them regarding the soft top. These type of tactics are the exact reason all dealers have a bad name! Bait and switch! Take it or leave it! Truly sad.

Very good at getting you in the door with car promises, but not able to deliver. Went in with a appointment and already had pre-approval; extremely busy, forgot we were there. Only had one car that was in our price range and it was sold prior to our appointment. So they wanted $2 K down, banks do not really want to give out loans.

I am a repeat customer of Terry's Supr Lot. There is no pressure from the salespeople. The sales people here are super friendly and their finance guru Angi is awesome. I came back because the first car I bought was solid and reliable. I hate car dealerships but this one made my car buying experience pleasurable. I highly recommend Terry's Route 50 Super Lot.

Mike Richau helped me with me trade in. I had a 2010 Chevy HHR. And negative equity since I got in an accident last winter. (Not my fault) Mike helped me and worked with me thoroughly and patiently to find a car that fit my needs as far as price range, style, miles, and monthly payments. Terry's Auto has been very helpful and I absolutely love my brand new 2016 Ford Fusion. Great car. Nice look. Amazing service from Terry's!!!
