PRIME DISCOUNT TIRE

Absolutely horrible experience with Prime Tire Shop. My car was damaged while in their possession, and instead of taking accountability and handling the situation professionally, they tried denying I was ever even there. I brought my brand new car in so they can check my tire out. Victor puts it on the jack and drops it. The impact was so hard all my lights came on and my car wouldn’t start. Turns out the jack went through the fuel pump! Luckily, I had photos, documentation, and evidence, and even their own insurance company confirmed the incident and reimbursed me. What should have been a straightforward situation turned into months of stress, repair costs, insurance claims, and constant back-and-forth because this shop refused to be honest or accountable from the beginning. The lack of professionalism and responsibility was unbelievable. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting this place with their vehicle.

Great Service. These guys really know how to treat their customers no hassles polite and Prompt was in and out and Victor really works with and you can't beat prices I give them 5 Stars and a thumbs up highly recommend them. Thanks GUYS FOR THE SERVICE. ITS REAL SLIPPERY OUT AND IF YOU NEED TIRES QUICK FAST ON A BUDGET DEFINITELY PULL UP!

If your looking for a great place for tires victor and his crew are absolutely the best. Super friendly. I enjoyed speaking to him while I waited. Was in and out very quickly with a new tire with a great price. I recommend coming here for great service.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is bad business. Everytime someone brings their car here these people claim they “fixed it” just for the issue to be even worst. Should’ve never brought it here in the first place! This place needs to get shut down. Vic can’t own up to his mistakes!! Don’t let this place touch your car. This place never admits to their mistakes. Take accountability for once. And i’ll never be mistaken about this shop. PRIME TIRE DISCOUNT SHOP ON 112 MEDFORD !!! OWNER WENT INSIDE AND HID WHEN COPS CAME BECAUSE HES ILLEGAL ! AND YES I DID SUE THEIR SHOP AND MADE SURE THEIR INSURANCE PAID FOR MY CAR TO GET FIXED AFTER THEY DROPPED IT FROM THE JACK AND IT WOULNT START !
