Life savers! My rear windshield crack in the most recent storm. They got me the next day and repaired it. Safelite’s earliest appt was a week away. Very friendly. Great customer service. Took my insurance. Thank you again!

We used on the spot through our insurance company and couldn't be happier. James and his partner did the install and calibration of the cameras in under an hour. Customer service was outstanding from beginning to end.

Did a great job on my S10 back glass. Over $100 cheaper than Safelite, whom was also unable to get the glass for 12 days! On the spot got it done in just a few days and even left me with a holiday gift. They also vacuumed all the broken glass out of the cab. Always happy to support another local business, and get a better deal! Hopefully i will not have to call again, but if I or anyone else I know needs glass repair, I know where to go. One of the best companies I’ve dealt with in a long time! I received a call with a next day appointment 15 minutes after submitting my claim with my insurance company. They were in constant communication with me about delays (original replacement windshield came scratched, but they worked with other vendors to obtain a second one within a few hours!). The technicians were very nice, efficient, and did a wonderful job on the replacement. They even gave me a little goodie bag with glass cleaner, a microfiber towel, and some cookies! While I hope I don’t have another need to replace my windshield, it would be a pleasure to work with on the spot again.

We have been a customer of On the Spot for well over 10 years. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for both my Fleet of trucks or my personal vehicles. They are polite on the phone, they show up when they say they will be there, and their technicians are clean, courteous & knowledgeable. In my opinion they are the best!
