I had an excellent experience at Goodyear Auto Service. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Brian is hands down the number one guy I’ll be going to for all my car needs moving forward. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I also want to give a big shoutout to Dan, the service manager, who runs a great operation. Everything was organized, efficient, and you can tell the team works well together under his leadership. The service was quick and efficient—I was in and out faster than expected without sacrificing quality. It’s not easy to find a place that combines speed, great customer service, and reliability, but they nailed it here. Needless to say, this was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable auto service!

I visited this good year to get my break pads done. I was hesitant because this was my first service on my new BMW. However Brian was extremely trust worthy and made me feel comfortable. His customer service skills were top notch and I his work was even better. I found my new routine mechanic shop thanks to Brian. I’ll need some tires and an oil change soon I know where to go.

i came in to get new tires cause they were absolutely shot and Brian was helping me. he was nothing but respectful and nice. he really helped me out with a good price and explained what services he was doing. i will definitely be coming back and requesting him!

My husband Jonathan brings our cars here and ask me to leave a review for him cause he does not have a google account. So with that being said, he wants them to know how fantastic and helpful the staff always is. He has been bringing the cars there since last year after we moved to this town and had nothing but to say how great their customer service is and great service time as well for both our cars. I’ve been going to this location for over a year now and I must say their service with my car gets even better every time. Every time I go Brian takes wonderful car of my car whether I need my oil change, my inspection done ,and to take care of my tires.
