I brought my car here a few days ago for a wheel alignment. After performing the alignment, they told me that certain parts on the front wheels needed replacing. I went to my own mechanic and had those exact parts replaced—the ones they had shown me photos of on their own equipment. When I returned, they said they would finish the alignment for free since the parts had been changed. However, once I got there, they claimed I had replaced the wrong parts—even though I was certain I had changed exactly what they pointed out. They even wrote it down on a slip of paper, yet they insisted on charging me for the alignment again on my next visit. I went back to my mechanic and told him, "You replaced the wrong parts." He replied, "No, I absolutely didn't; I changed the exact parts they indicated—I even took a picture of them." He asked why I had gone there in the first place, noting that they often pull stunts like that to swindle people out of their money. He told me to go to the shop across the street, mention his name, and get the alignment done—promising I’d see how great the car would run. I went there, they did the work, and I didn't pay a single penny; my car is perfect now. If I had listened to the first shop, they would have charged me an extra $1,200. These are cheap, petty tactics; you might steal from someone's pocket once, but you won't get a second chance. I wouldn't even walk past a shop like yours a second time.

Had a great experience at Firestone for my inspection. The staff was friendly, efficient, and got everything done quickly without cutting corners. They explained what they were checking and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s nice to find a place that’s both professional and honest. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service!

I bought the tires from eBay and chose this place to have them changed. Although my appointment to change the tires was originally for December 29th, I wanted to change them earlier because it was snowing on December 26th. They helped me and changed them early. They have very good and high-quality workmanship and are very helpful.
