I can not adequately convey how fortunate I feel at having discovered Elite Auto. I had driven by the location countless times over the decades, without realising that the finest automotive repair shop in the region was so close by, hiding behind that neat white picket fence. Circumstances forced me to seek a shop to do mechanical work on an unusual modern car (Smart ForTwo) that many shops either refuse to touch, or fail to service successfully. A visit disclosed a very neat shop and grounds, and exceptionally friendly, helpful, and technically astute people. I had been reluctant to place my beloved car in the hands of others, but such was the high impression conveyed by the visit, and some technical discussion, that my reservations quickly evaporated. The outcome could not have been better. Elite Auto managed to solve a very difficult problem that had rendered the car unusable, and the work was done in exact accordance with my unusual requirements. Communication was superb, and the uniformly friendly manner bespeaks a happy workplace.
