The owner went above and beyond to help me after someone sideswiped me in a parking lot. he took the time to walk me through all my options so I could make a fully informed decision, without any pressure. He even helped fix the cosmetic/body issue on the spot, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how clearly he explained another repair i inquired about from start to finish, including transparent pricing and showing me the actual parts while breaking everything down. Had an accident today and brought my vehicle strait to Continental. They helped me with my claim and called the insurance company for me, arranged a rental and the service was outstanding.
