The most honest guy in the world! I saw him via recommendation for his honesty and integrity when my water pump went on my Explorer… I dropped it off to Charlie and he went above and beyond and did research to find out that I had an extended warranty that I didn’t even know about! He could’ve Taking that information and still replaced my water pump, but instead, he told me about it and told me to go to Ford because it was covered! He inflate in my tire and topped off my windshield wiper fluid without charging me a dime! This guy is truly a gem and worth his weight in gold…. I use them for everything and I recommend him Higher than the dealership. Nicest guy ever toO
