The best car service shop in my area. Jim is amazing and really speeds up the process. He helps his clients and goes the extra mile. Jaimie is a delight to work with in the front office. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.

I have been coming to Carms since the day he opened his shop. Jim and Jamie are the best. Honest, caring and James is a great mechanic! I moved away recently but I still try to schedule my car maintenance with James when I come to LI for family. Would hate to lose them as a mechanic. THE BEST!

Really straightforward and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment.

Had AAA tow my vehicle there one night. The next day he waited all day to look at my car. He called and didn’t know what was wrong with it. He told me to pick it up. He said he drove it around the block(which couldn’t have been true). I go to pick it up that night. The car was undrivable and in a heavy limp mode with a sensor issue. I had to tow it to another Shop. Another day and money wasted.

Great family owned business. Jim is an excellent mechanic and above all very honest, knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. Thank you Jim & Jamie for your kindness over the many years! I highly recommend Carms for their 5 star top notch service!!
