American Road Tire Service & Repair

I can't say enough good things about American Road Tire Service & Repair. I had a broken valve stem on my tire late on a Sunday and was worried I wouldn't find anyone open. Thankfully, this shop was open and ready to help. ​The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly right from the start. They fixed the valve stem with ease and got me back on the road much faster than I expected. It is rare to find such efficient service with a smile, especially on a weekend evening. Highly recommend this spot to anyone in Medford!

I normally do not write reviews. I expect good service from a company in exchange for services provided. I unfortunately drove over a large nail which pierced through the edge of the tire. I went to goodyear, mavis and pep boys, all who wanted 3-400$ for the tire and did not have my tire in stock. A few of the tire shops, offered to plug the side of the tire but after learning on google that it was not safe, i was leaning towards replacing the tire. I stopped into American Tire, met the owner Tony, explained my situation. He told me he would not fix the tire because of safety reasons, he checked his used inventory and had my exact tire with more then half the tread remaining which matched my existing tires. I felt like I hit the lottery finding Tony and him having my Tire. I drove out of there paying about 120$ and my car was back to normal like nothing ever happened. I wanted to share my experience because his business ethics are rare these days. Job Well Done !!!! I certainly recommend this place.

Fast, honest, and fair with prices. You can tell they actually care about helping people, not just making money. Last time I came in, I thought I needed a whole new tire… dude checked it, fixed it up, and didn’t even try to upsell me. That’s real! Their used tires look practically brand new, and they balance everything perfect — no shake, no wobble, just smooth driving. If you ever got a flat or need tires, this is the place. Don’t even think twice — pull up here and you’ll see why everybody keeps coming back. 🔥💯
