Northside Service Center

I went into Northside for the first time this morning. I needed a NYS inspection. Let me start by thanking Tom, Juan and Mike for their courteous, kind,and professional mannerisms. There is a very clean, comfortable customer waiting area. They were quite busy and their bays were full of vehicles and mechanics working on them. Not once while I was there waiting did I hear a word of profanity. What a pleasure it was to sit there and not have to be exposed to language that is offensive. That seems to be the norm and widely accepted today. The inspection was done in a very timely manner. They asked if I would like the rear wiper blade replaced as it was quite worn. That was quickly taken care of and I was out the door and on my way. It was a pleasure seeing a business so we'll run and employees that cared about what they were doing. Thank you Northside Service Center.

My daughter was visiting brockport and ended up with a flat tire . I have family in brockport who highly recommended this shop. I had the car towed here the night it happened, I called the shop the next morning when they opened. They were so nice and pleased to help me. They got the car in within a few hours and were able to plug the tire. (Saving me to replace the tire) the price to do this was just amazing. The service was exceptional. If I lived in brockport I’d get all my repairs done here , being I have two older vehicles that need constant repairs ! Amazing place ! 10/10

I’ve been bringing cars to Northside my whole adult life so far and they’re always great. If there’s nothing wrong or it’s not that serious, they’ll tell you straight up, they won’t try to upsell you. Customer service is top notch.

I drove back to Rochester area from NJ and had brakes grinding without prior warning. Parent in a hospital - you keep going. Called Northside the next morning . Not only fit me in , got it done fast and at a good price. Family in the area has used them for a long time and in my mind still the place to go. Would rate excellent.

Helped fix my car today with a battery replacement on very short notice and for a reasonable price. Thankful to have such a great service center in the Village.
