Robert Green Chevrolet Service

This is the 2nd vehicle leased from Robert Green Chevrolet. My wife and I have leased at least 6 or 7 GM vehicles locally in the past 12 or so years, along with 2 Fords, a Volkswagen a purchased Mercedes Benz. This was by far the best dealer experience I've had altogether. My sales person Adam worked with me over the phone to identify a 2026 Colorado which met my specs, worked through the numbers and grounding of my previous Colorado lease. He gave me all the details on Saturday, set up the vehicle prep and delivery for Tuesday morning. It took about 20 minutes to sign document and I was on my way. The whole experience was easy and awesome. Any other dealership would have put me through the experience of "let me huddle with my manager a while." Like 20 minutes, "oh' here's some numbers". "Let, me go back with your number." "We can't quite get there, but have a cup of coffee and I'll see if we can make it work." Adam and I worked the whole deal out from start to finish, no haggle, no hassle, no burnt coffee or wasted time.

Here’s my experience with a 2023 Chevy Traverse: the transmission failed, and that’s when the real headache began. The dealership wouldn’t provide a loaner and made me feel like I was bothering them just by asking. The repair dragged on for almost a month. In the meantime, I paid out of pocket for a rental — over $3,000. They told me I’d get $44/day reimbursed, but once I submitted the claim, I was told it only counts if I had rented a GM vehicle. So now I’m out thousands, and all I got was attitude. Honestly, this experience killed any loyalty I had left for GM.

I have a '19 Traverse that has had a shudder issue for the last year and a half. I had brought it to the dealer I bought it from (in Middletown) multiple times over the last year and a half. The first time they did a transmission flush ( $450+ spent), the second time they blamed it on the evap valve & exhaust system ($800+ spent and was in the shop for 3 months, with no loaner), the third time they did another transmission flush, right before Christmas I may add ($450+ spent). After that point I was aggravated with this dealership and was told they would diagnose it for free if it happened again (happened the same day I pulled it off the lot,, when I went back they refused to diagnose it until I drove it 500 miles). I decided to get a second opinion and brought it to Robert Green. Let me tell you, I will never bring my vehicle to anyone else. I dropped it on a Saturday morning, before a holiday Monday, we test drove it and they explained the possible issues and told me they would call before any work was performed to give me pricing (which they were awesome about) . They called me Tuesday morning letting me know it was ready for pickup. I test drove it, and it ran brand new, no issues at all. I couldn't believe it, I decided to wait and drive a bit more and longer distances to ensure it was resolved. The staff at Robert Green are friendly, knowledgeable, and take their time to listen to your concerns. The service was super quick and the staff communicated with me throughout the process. I will never bring my vehicle back to the dealer I bought it from, Robert Green is the only place to bring your vehicle for any issue you may have-- and they're affordable!!!

Worst car service i have ever attended. No parts. Not even ordering what you need. I was waiting a month for recall part to call them to find out that thwart was never ordered. Never going there again.
