I called today to ask if they had a motor oil in stock and the guy who answered the phone said "We don't have anything in stock. We're closed today." Ok, well why did you answer the phone then? And are you closed for the foreseeable future? Why would you say something so ridiculous? A more reasonable friendly response might be "Check back tomorrow." or "Sorry, we're closed today so I can't check." or just not answer the phone because you're closed??? Definitely reflects poor customer service. Don't shop there.

I had to be towed off of route 84 to approximately 4.5 miles to this garage and this crook charged me $383.00 . When confronted with the bill I got a bunch of its regulations and dangerous job. This place is a huge rip off and totally unprofessional business. Avoid at all costs. Very rude and unprofessional business. With all of your lies in response, (was never ticked) still doesn't explain your robbery charges. I guess it's the wayit is in a scummy line of business .low iq ppl. Pure scumbag owner

I purchased an older used truck (which needed some work) and brought it into Preferred Automotive Brewster. Pat identified a number of potential issues, and worked with me to decide the best options. He got the truck running great again at a fair price. There was a small follow up issue, and Pat didn't bill for labor to fix, which I really appreciated. Overall I'd recommend this shop, and I plan to keep taking my truck there for service in the future.

terrible. such a bad experience. $250 for a 2 mile drive, never showed up to give me my car. i didn’t call him. the state police did, i asked him to stop and i have someone coming, he didn’t. said to meet him at the shop that night, never showed up, police involved, my car broke down & he actually robbed me and drove my poor car dangling off the truck down the highway. “ it’s not safe to wait for your tow truck “ -pat. ohhhh it would have been safer to wait then drive like that.

I wasn’t ticketed, I wasn’t parked in the left lane. Let me know how I am suppose to merge all the way to the right lane with a flat tire when cars are going above speed limit, 70-80mphs. I even have my hazard on. I did everything what I suppose to do in the situation. The car who hit me, admit fault and apologize for not seeing my hazard lights. For your information my son is a toddler not an infant. Get your facts right before you say something you don’t nothing about. It’s funny how you don’t do stupid meanwhile you are fighting with customers in person and online. This will definitely help your business.
