Being a newcomer to Long Island and now a homeowner here, I absolutely adore everything about it. However, one thing I missed from my previous home in New Jersey was a reliable, trustworthy, and affordable mechanic. My mechanic in East Meadow has been consistently overcharging me, and I’ve noticed this especially when you look a certain way. It’s as if they operate on a “name your price” basis, varying depending on the day of the week. Today, I decided to try a mechanic in Brentwood, New York, recommended to me. I must say, Sam was incredibly accommodating, took his time to diagnose my car, and was exceptionally hospitable throughout the entire process. It’s remarkable how such a service is still available in this day and age. I spent almost four hours at the shop, and despite the lengthy wait, Sam diligently worked to identify the issue with my car without making unnecessary suggestions or adding unnecessary charges. His transparency, honesty, and affordability were truly commendable. I’m willing to drive 40 mins to his shop for any feature repair on my car. Until then, thank you for your Service today.

I had a very stressful moment while driving out east, and I found this shop thanks to its great reviews. They were able to not only take the time to diagnose what was wrong with my car, but they very kindly fit me into their very busy schedule to fix it when my Ebrake hardware had failed. I know very little about cars, but not for a second did I feel that they were being dishonest or trying to get me to do things that were unnecessary for monetary gain. They were very kind and considerate and honest. Fair prices and they don’t try to pull one over on you, and they even let me practice my Spanish with them. Thanks very much!
