Called in to have work done on my car based on other reviews. They were able to schedule me in the next day. I dropped the car off early in the morning. They had my car ready before my shift ended. Great price for the work that was done. I will definitely be coming back when my car needs service again. Highly recommend.

I had my ABS light on and NELSONS took care of it,had the pleasure in meeting Angel and he was honest and fair.My honda fit is my 1st car,so yea i went into the mechanics for the 1st time a little guarded but,no!No funny business and they accommodated my work schedule.Good spot,good work,good staff! I'm from New Jersey, my wife drove my 2012 Chevy Malibu to Long Island and blew the engine. I still had a bank balance on it, so junking it was not a option. I had the car towed to a friends house and asked around for reliable auto shops. ( I'm a manufacturing machinist by trade and use to do mechanical work on cars for a living) A friend in Long Island NY mentioned Nelson's Auto Service, so I checked out his online reviews. I called for advice a price, and was comfortable with the customer service. My last step in this process was to visit the facility in person. This shop is in a area zoned for auto repair shops so it wasn't easy to find at first. They towed my car in, then took care of all the details. I was given options to repair the original engine or purchase a recycled or a brand new engine. I choose a used motor with low mileage. I was given a affordable estimate as well as a completion date...all went well, so as a customer I would highly recommend this business!

Love this place! As a single woman, it’s hard to find somewhere honest, but they always treat me right. My family’s been coming here for 20+ years. Nice and clean waiting room, Wifi, and warm. Got a lot of work done while waiting.

I will recommend Nelson to everyone. He is knowledgeable and reliable. Last week I was on my way home and my car started hesitating and running ruff. I made it home and immediately called Nelson, he told me to bring my car in the following morning by 8:00am so he could check it out. He tested drove the car and came back and fixed my problem. Coil wasn’t working. To some it up I couldn’t ask for a better mechanic. The workers are all good people and sufficient. He’s stuck with me.
