I brought my car to Nick probably 3 months after I bought it as somebody opened their door into me while I was passing them. The damage required a replacement of my entire front end & i think the passenger door + a quarter panel too. Pretty much the whole car needed to be painted to properly blend it.. I think the only thing that didnt get paint was the rear end. I live in Vermont and I couldn't find somebody who would even touch it nor did I trust very many people to work on my car. The flat color is notoriously difficult to work with and its an Audi RS so nothing was easy.. When I reached out to Nick he said he would take it in immediately and told me to bring it down to him. Once I dropped the car off Nick kept me updated regularly on the progress with pictures & videos. I also had him mount & balance some new winter tires, do an alignment an oil change and even had the car tinted so when I picked it up, everything was taken care of no problems. I have to say it looked even better than when I bought it.. he did an outstanding job on the paint work as well as everything else, it literally could not have been done any better. The whole experience with Nick was top notch VIP service. He even drove my summer tires up in his truck when he came up to Vermont since i couldn’t fit them in my car.. you wont find this kind of service anywhere else, its unheard of. On top of everything he detailed the car inside and out and did a perfect job on that too. A real crappy situation with a new car and Nick kept me at ease through the entire process. He also gave me a price that would be impossible to beat for the additional work i asked him to do for me. Lastly, it ended up being an expensive claim, the parts cost a lot but he dealt with insurance and made sure everything was taken care of no questions asked and he also made sure they didn’t total my new car over this dumb thing which was a big concern for me. I wont take a car anywhere else but to FNS even though it’s like 4+ hours from me, well worth it, absolute best in the biz! Thanks again Nick you legend!

Taking an inconvenient situation and making it a pleasant and seamless experience. Nick was referred to by a good friend. Immediately after my accident I contacted Nick and drove straight to his shop. After a brief conversation Nick gave me a ride to pick up my rental. He kept me updated with the progress of my repairs. I then picked up my car when work was completed. His work is by far the best I’ve seen. As an auto mechanic I’ve come across a lot of auto body work. I must say I’m very impressed with the work Nick does. Did I mention Nick retuned my rental car? I want to say thank you to Nick and his team for making this an easy and pleasant experience. A true example of how business should be conducted.

Honestly the best outcome possible. First pictures is how I left my car and then how they fixed. I was kind of nervous about the color but it looks just as it did before. They went above and beyond, and my car looks brand new again. Nick did an amazing job and they make you feel so welcome 🫶🏼

I have brought multiple vehicles to FNS through the years. Most recently my new Nissan Frontier with an extremely difficult paint blend suffered a major hit to the right side of the truck bed and rear bumper. I immediately took my truck to FNS knowing that Frank and Nicky were the only ones that I could trust to get my truck back to better than new. Once again they had proven I was not mistaken with thier abilities. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle during the repair process and I was excited yesterday when I had received the call that is was ready. As soon as I arrived for pickup they took me through the entire process of the work that they performed. They are very professional and proud of the work that they do….and they should be….they treat thier customers like family and perform their work as if every vehicle is their own. I wouldn’t think of taking my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you all at FNS for going above and beyond!!! I’m adding to this review because I can’t find a tab to write another review for some more work that FNS did for me on my truck. I recently contacted them regarding painting my brake calipers to match the lava red accents on my 2024 Nissan Frontier. Once again Nicky and FNS did not disappoint. These guys are so particular and passionate about the work that they do. I would never trust anyone other than FNS for all of my auto body needs. Time and time again they have gone above and beyond with making sure that I’m 200% satisfied with every vehicle they’ve worked on for me!!! More photos posted

When my car was hit, I asked my relatives who work in the auto industry for some names of repair shops. They only gave me one name. FNS Auto. I was concerned about so many things going into this, but found that I had no reason to be. Nick handled everything. He arranged the rental car for me, dealt with my insurance company, just all of it. My car was fixed quickly and perfectly. It looks brand new. Bonus, I was treated with respect! Highly recommend this place!! Thanks Nick!
