I think they should work more on customer service. There are mechanics who are friendly, but others are a hassle—acting as if they aren't being paid to provide a service. The gentleman who handles the payments—I’m not sure if he’s the owner—is a very arrogant person. Even if you greet him, he doesn't even bother to answer.

Took my car here to get my exhaust welded together after it snapped. Also had a rack and pinion replaced and They did a great job. I brought my cousin’s car who also had an exhaust leak and they replaced 2 parts of her exhaust that were leaking. Our cars are running quiet now. Great prices on the exhaust repairs too. You can’t beat them!

Anyone looking for anything done to there car from mufflers to oil changes, this is the place to go..I have been coming to this place for years.. Previously they had a shop on 5th Ave in the Bay Shore/ Brentwood area, but now they are on Suffolk Ave in Brentwood These guys are quick and very knowledgeable about all your car needs. I suggest this place to many people in my circle, due to the great work that is done here..!!!!!! This place is all about business They get you in and do your car right and get you out in a very timely manner... Go here and u definitely won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!

I took my car there for a wheel alignment. After 15 minutes of being ignored, they finally acknowledged me and I requested a wheel alignment. After the alignment was supposedly completed, I payed and left. But, I immediately returned because there was something clearly wrong with the steering. That's, when the guy who did they job, admitted to me that he couldn't finish the alignment because he couldn't loosen a specific bolt. Days later, after confirming with my regular mechanic that it wasn't a bolt issue, I decided to return to Auto Muffler Center for a refund, but they refused to reimburse me for work that they clearly did not do.

They did an amazing job on my 2001 Xterra ! The prices are reasonable and they had my car repaired and inspected all in under an hour ! Definitely found a loyal customer !!
