Finger Lakes Mobile RV Repair

After calling the owner Phil he returned my call immediately & came out within 1/2 hour. We were camping pretty far from home when one of our slides got stuck 1/2 way. Phil accessed the issue & immediately ordered a new slide motor & had it delivered overnight. He came back the next morning & we were able to get on our way back to Pennsylvania. After speaking with him for a while, I realized he’s a very nice, integrable family man! I felt comfortable with his experience, his presence & he is very honest! I can tell just by speaking with him he has a lot of experience! I was definitely impressed! He was very reasonable & I highly recommend him! 5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a water leak, I called multiple RV mobile services, having left messages Finger Lakes RV repair was the only service that responded, the owner was courteous, knowledgeable and most important, prompt. I highly recommend.

I’ve got 2 campers looking to get repaired and I’ve tried calling him 6 times now in the past 2 weeks and also emailing and no response at all. Voicemail says they will contact you within 48 hour and it’s been well over that for all calls and over a week just for the email. Not a very reliable company

Phil offered us superb advice on resolving a problem when our battery would not charge. His integrity and genuine desire to help us resolve our problem in the most cost effective way was obvious to us right from the beginning. Our experience with Phil, FingerLakes RV was wonderful and professional. We actually flagged him down at RV park as our air conditioner was not working. He got out of truck , fixed it and that was that. No service call, just did it. Can’t get any bet than that. 5 stars and then some!!!
