Absolutely love my trailer, Michele was great to deal with, very helpful when ordering the trailer I wanted.

I was quoted a price to do some doors for the rear of my trailer. I drove there with a 40-ft trailer for 2 hours. When I arrived, the price doubled from my original quote. I wasted an entire day.

We drove 2.5hrs to ride the trails in Tigg Hill for the weekend. When I got to the Airbnb I noticed that my wheel bearing blew on my trailer. It was so bad, that the wheel almost came off. There was no way I could tow my trailer with my SxS, back 2.5hrs home. We called Michelle at North South Connections and told her our situation. She said to bring it in immediately. When we got there, the 2 technicians said they were waiting for us and brought the trailer right in to the garage. In 30 minutes they had both wheel bearings replaced. They one side needed a new hub, and that was repaired as well, within the 30 mins. The 2 technicians were awesome and Michelle was also great!!!! I could not recommend this place more. Great owner and great employees. For those of you that said the owner was rude, you might want to look in the mirror.

These folks build a Quality Trailer at an affordable price, also the owner is always on board to help the area snowmobile clubs with donations and went as far as to donate a current model snowmobile trailer for an area snowmobile club to raffle off as a fundraiser. That’s about as generous as it gets, so please consider a Blizzard Trailer when making a purchase of any type of trailer.

Had a last minute, unexpected snowmobile trailer issue. They were friendly, helpful, and fair. Able to get us in and out same day in just a few hours. Price for parts and labor to fix were very reasonable. Michelle was super nice and adorable fluffy German Shepard dog to greet you.
