Matt Nimey GMC Service Center

Recently had my truck scheduled for a brake service. 2025 Chevy 3500 6.6l gas. 2 days before the service appointment, I started my truck and noticed that it was running extremely rough, misfiring, and the check engine light was flashing. I immediately called the service dept. and spoke with Charlie. He contacted a local tow company and sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle right away, they were able to get it in the shop and have all the issues repaired, including the brake job, by mid day Wednesday that week, so as to not interrupt my business operations. Great work!

My brand spanking new GMC Canyon had a glitch in the computer Friday night @ 5:30pm while en-route to Saranac Lake, not the most opportune time or location for a breakdown. (it happens unfortunately) Dan the GM secured the truck Saturday afternoon and entered a service ticket for the service team first thing on Monday. Steven (service manager) w/ the help of his technicians figured it out and had it ready to rock right away on Monday. Fantastic communication all around, very thorough & responsive every step of the way and had a plan “B/loaner” if the diagnosis turned ugly requiring more than what was at their immediate disposal (parts). Thankfully “plan-A” worked allowing us to drive the 200+ miles home w/out issue. Again Thankyou Matt Nimey GMC!!

Staff was very knowledgeable. Diagnosed and repaired my truck in a very timely manner. Great communication all along the way to know just when to expect my truck to be repaired.

Excellent service with special thanks to Charlie Domville for STaR Ambulance. Currently we only have one ambulance available due to a deer accident with our other ambulance. Charlie has made sure that our repairs are done as soon as possible so the residents of our district can still receive care in a timely manner. We went everywhere to get our exhaust system redone, after about $6k, and being told the new catalytic converter was no good (by a reputable shop) Matt Nimey’s was able to identify the problem and it was so silly! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We will be back, you guys are great!
