In New Year’s Day, I was in a car accident. Not the best way to start the year. As you can see the my car took a bad hit. I want to thank Kyle for his professionalism and hard work. My car looks brand new, as if nothing ever happened. The attention to detail is great! Me and my fiancé have both gone to him and we both agree Kyle cares for his clients and is just simply amazing!

My husband had an accident with our 2017 Cadillac and we were quite devastated. However, taking it to be fixed at Precision with Chris handling everything made the situation much easier to deal with. He was amazing and the car came out great we could not be happier.

I have been working with Kyle and Precision Collision for over 20 years. The most recent work they did for me was this past week to replace the front bumper on my 2009 Chevy Suburban. They do excellent work. They are fast, efficient, and very fairly priced. I used to live close by the shop, but moved about 10 years ago. I travel pretty far to have Kyle do the work because if I go around where I live, which is in the Huntington area, the price would be 40% to 50% more. I know that for a fact because I've brought cars in for local quotes and then just brought it to Kyle to get fixed. Kyle's office provides a written quote in advance that they explain and then they do what they say they are going to do, with no surprises. I highly recommend Precision Collision.

Kyle was awesome ! Clear communication, he knew exactly what to do. And everything only a day and a half ! I am very impressed with the outcome. Great price and a great place and done quickly and efficiently. Thank you Kyle !

Chris is such a rip off, all he did tighten the front bumper, no parts replaced, no major work done and I was charged $400 for what was essentially a quick fix. No clear explanation or breakdown of the cost. This felt like a complete ripoff. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for fair and honest service.
