Joe's Garage

Our car's engine seized as we traveled from Canada to the U.S. on I86 South.Through CAA/AAA we got a tow from Joe's garage. From the time we called, in less than half-hour the truck was there. We received courteous and professional service. After doing a diagnostic on the car, it was determined that the engine had major damage. Given the age of the car and model, it didn't make economic sense to do repair. Joe, the owner of the shop is a sweetheart. I found him accommodating and helpful. If you are traveling as we were, and find yourself in an emergency I recommend Joe's garage. The shop is also AAA approved.

Seriously cannot thank Joe and his staff enough for helping in a stressful situation! Was on the way to Canada from NJ when my van broke down just outside Binghamton due to a failing alternator. Three hours away from home, and even further from the destination it was a stressful situation. Joe’s tow truck driver who goes by doughboy went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and know we were in good hands. A car breaking down three hours from home is stressful, but Joe and his staff kept in constant communication and went above and beyond to make sure we could make a safe return trip home. Joes Garage is the REAL DEAL and they truly care about their customers. If I lived in Binghamton I would make them my main guys. After joes repairs we were able to make it home safely and I cannot ever thank them enough!

This is an AAA shop. They were dispatched for road service for my vehicle. Joe ( not the owner) was great and friendly. . He quickly took care of changing the flat, showed me the cause, and even lubricated the spare tire hardware which had rusted and made it very hard to loosen the spare from its well. Great job, Joe.

Joe's Garage got sent to me through AAA. They provided excellent help, communicated with me before they arrived, and changed my tire quickly! Theanks for your help! Couldn't have asked for more. The driver's name was Tiny. 10 stars for him!

I had the misfortune of dealing with them to toe my car through AAA. They towed the car at 8 am and it was supposed to go no more than 20 minutes away to my mechanic. A couple of hours went by while I was at work. I called my mechanic to see if they knew what was wrong or had fixed it yet. The car never showed up. Spent over an hour on the phone and no one could tell me where the car went just that it would go to right shop in half an hour. 6 hours after it was towed it finally made it and now they won’t even be able to look at it today. Absolutely horrible.
