The crew there was amazing! Very knowledgeable and upfront about my concerns. Their price was better than I expected for the work my vehicle needed. They gave me realistic time frames on when I would receive my vehicle back. All of my concerns were addressed and all my problems were resolved! Now I can be assured my vehicle is safe for myself and my family! They’ve since serviced wifes vehicle. family and friends that I recommended to them all had the same amazing experience I received on my first visit, “we love those guys!”

Honest and trustworthy -- two best ways to describe experience I had today. Want to thank the manager - Rob - for taking the time to provide his professional knowledge regarding emergency tire situation for my daughter's car. Rob patiently shared his tire knowledge, made a recommendation and promised car would be serviced same day. True to his word, my daughter was able to drop off and pickup car in same day with new set of tires - and most importantly, at the price that was quoted! It was a pleasure doing business with Big E tire today!

We are long time Big E customers, always go there for tires, oil changes etc. Today a family member from Syracuse had an oil change at Mavis in Syracuse and then drove to Binghamton. Unfortunately Mavis did not seat the dip stick & by the time they made it here the engine & undercarriage was covered in oil & there was smoke coming from the engine. We recommended he go to Big E on Court St. Big E got it squared away in just a few minutes, added oil & advised us on the situation, all for no charge. Thanks Big E, we appreciate the excellent service!

Best place i have ever brought my vehicle! Tyler and Rob were both very helpful and knowledgeable! i HIGHLY recommend brining your vehicle here! They price match any competitor on tires! They never charge for “bad days” when you catch something in your tire and they also find the best prices on parts if you’re looking for cost efficient! i couldn’t be happier with the service i have received. Oh also the mechanic Cassie! i was super shocked they had a female mechanic there! She was also the one that worked on my vehicle and made sure everything was working how it should be before i left! Thanks lady and gentlemen for the great service!

We got a flat tire coming up 81 on a family trip (with pets in tow). We called and asked about pricing for a tire and how long it would take to have it repaired. We had been driving for about 2 hours and still had another to go. They quoted us a fair price for decent tires (a full set) and got us in right away. Service was done within a reasonable time, considering that they were completely slammed with business. We left feeling secure in our choice to go to them. We would recommend them to anyone in the area.
