I have Walmart Plus and they did great work for me. I had some leaky, unbalanced tires and TPMS (I had them install mine) and it was free because of the WP membership. TPMS if you use theirs is $30 which is a GREAT deal vs many shops. Dealers could charge $150 for this service. I'm a car guy and they did a good job torquing the wheels - they picked a correct torque stick which comes off a board matched to the vehicle (this limits the impact), then they went around with a torque wrench and did a final torque. Anywhere you have tire service, it is a good idea for you (or them) to recheck torque after 25 miles. They said they would if I stop by, but I do it myself. They did not suggest this though. A torque wrench is inexpensive, there are even digital ones, and this gives you lots of peace of mind. Yes, they don't answer phones so if you need service you may need to go in person to make an appointment (for flat repair) or online (for tire installation or oil change). The fees are very reasonable. Most shops charge 25-35 to fix a flat. It is $15 if you don't have Walmart Plus.

had a terrible experience getting an oil change at Walmart. After the service, I noticed oil leaking from my car. When I brought it to their attention, they claimed the damage was already there — which was absolutely not true. Their mistake caused additional damage and wasted my entire day trying to get it fixed. Very disappointed with their lack of responsibility and poor service. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Had our oil changed at this Walmart, requesting the best oil and oil change for our vehicle, as we just purchased it from a dealer and want it maintained to its fullest. Following the oil change the car made weird noises, and we noticed the oil light started to come on then go right off. I was able to get it into the garage where we get the car maintained to have it looked at. Well, it turns out when Walmart did the oil change they damaged the filter when they put it on, causing the oil to leak every time the car was turned on and running, leaving no oil at all, not to mention didn’t put the cover that over the oil pan correctly. Was not given the oil change that was requested…best oil change for the vehicle, didn’t care about the price at all I informed them. Instead, given a oil change in which caused my vehicle to go from zero issues, to leaking oil, making sounds, ultimately driving with no oil to having to spend the day at the garage and get a whole new oil change because it wasn’t done right by Walmart Auto Care Centers. Contacted customer service and was told I would hear back within 3 days, and they filed a claim. It’s been a week, and nothing.

I was able to come in without an appointment and have 2 tires mounted within 30 minutes and was there less than an hour. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thanks!

Took forever to answer the phone. Called the auto department a few times and the front no answer. Finally after over an hour someone answers however they were absolutely rude the whole time when I’m just trying to get information on my tire warranty Horrible customer service!
