I recently purchased a vehicle from Bergen Sales and dealt with a salesperson named Ryan List. Unfortunately my experience was not a good one, and I feel other buyers should be cautious and make sure they verify everything before completing a purchase. During the sales process, the vehicle was presented as being in good condition and ready for the road. However, shortly after purchasing the car, several issues started to appear that were not mentioned beforehand. When the vehicle was looked at by a mechanic, additional problems were identified that made me question whether the condition of the car had been fully disclosed at the time of sale. There were also concerns about the paperwork and the way certain details about the vehicle were explained. After doing more research, I realized some things about the vehicle’s history and condition that I feel should have been made clearer before the sale was completed. I tried reaching out to address the situation but did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. Buying a car is a major financial decision, and experiences like this make the process very frustrating. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership is to get an independent inspection before signing anything, review all paperwork carefully, and ask detailed questions about the vehicle’s history and condition.

Bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from them and Greg was the salesman. He was very professional and very open and honest. They handled everything for me as far as my insurance company and motor vehicle. Will definitely purchase again in the future.

We have bought a used car here before and was very happy with our experience with Ryan and prices so we just bought our second! We will definitely be back for our next used car when it's time to upgrade!

All there cars are salvage vehicles. Such a shame cause their prices are good. Just do a VIN search and you will see.
