Edit: DO NOT GO TO PRESTONS UNLESS YOU WANT A DAMAGED VEHICLE!! Changing my review to one star. For some reason they loosened all the bolts to the muffler (didn't need to touch the muffler to repair the headlight relay switch) to the point the muffler guard is ruined and the muffler almost fell off. Absolutely disgusted at this point! I'll be making a complaint with the BBB as well. Not even sure where to begin. The only reason I'm giving this more than 1 star is because the man on the phone was very nice. Sadly that is when 0 stars should be available. Made an appt to have a headlight relay replaced and inspection done on our scooter. They didn't look at it for 2 days. Then didn't order the necessary part for another couple of days. When part didn't arrive finally said oh it never shipped (3 weeks later). Came to pick up the bike and had to pay an hour and a half labor to tell us what we already knew, to then remove the part from the scooter and not tell us where the part went. Turns out its two screws and a clip to remove the part and a clip and two screws to close it back up. Thats not an hour and a half of labor even if they had actually fixed it. Very very disappointed in Prestons. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
