Took my girlfriends car to get a wheel alignment and nothing else. dropped the car off first thing in the morning and waited all day for the car to be done. car wasn’t done right up until they were closing. i say okay fine whatever. i had replaced the front inner & outer tie rods fairly recently and was waiting for a day she was free to get the alignment done. when i show up there with her to pick up the car i get this story of how they had to “retighten the inner tie rods because they were loose” and that there was lug nuts on the vehicle found loose. i do all the servicing to the car myself and i torque everything to spec. lug nuts are 80 ft lbs on a 2012 honda accord and i double check everything. i check under the car and the alignment was done, but the tie rods were never touched. that leads me to believe the whole story is phony to give a reason why it took an entire business day for a 20 min service. i worked in a dealership myself and fix airplanes as my current career along with UH-60 blackhawks in the army national guard also. don’t insult my intelligence and just tell the truth next time a customer comes through

It’s obvious the receptionist is charging towed cars on emotion. I will say it’s not illegal to ask for cash only. What is bad is $75 per day without a stop so 2 months in the impound would be 5k. I got a nasty women and a large bill. But the chef of police came and stood up for us which was respectable the owner seems like a good man too. Incase anyone is going through this message is for you…. it is illegal to charge anything but what is listed on the cities fee schedule for Beacon, NY. I’d say if it’s really bad don’t argue just pay them whatever they ask and just double down In court for the trouble. Ashley is not to do anything but tell you the price the city administrator in consultation has up. It reads : UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOW THE OWNEROF A MOTOR VEHICLE BE CHARGED MORE THAN WHAT IS LISTED ON THE CITIES THE SCHEDULE A lot of people seems to have been charged more than the rate that Is listed. Business owner stop allowing her to do that. I called the wrong Business Looking for them, accusing the wrong business Apparently, this isn’t the first time this has happened to them The owner said he has gotten a lot of calls about this getting a lot of their bad rap because their names are so similar. But the experience didn’t deserve all this Energy more like a bad joke.But I will say, whoever owns this place stop letting that person answering the phone do that She didn’t even change her pace when I recorded her, which was impressive lol I was close to a case. Be careful. you’re gonna lose more than your license for towing vehicles

Honest people, my mechanic is the high end automotive in Poughkeepsie but when Eli is gone this is my backup. They’ll tell you if something is worth it or not, not looking to drag you into a money pit. Highly recommend

Had some work done to my genesis coupe and they went above and beyond. Not only did they find out the issue (unlike Hyundai) they also tightened my license plate holder. They have a permanent customer.
